The hotel is perfectly located with everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean, spacious, and ideal for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptionally kind and welcoming. However, the breakfast could be a bit noisy in the morning. Overall, a great value for the price.

They provide everything you would need, are very clean, and overlooking a busy and noisy road until late at night. The service was extremely accommodating, allowing early check-in and bag storage after check-out. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the university and city center. The dining experience was great with a variety of cooked breakfasts. Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and warm, tastefully decorated, and just what I had hoped for. The location was perfect, being close to Exeter St David's station and a short walk into the city center. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The dining experience was substantial and delicious, offering a full English breakfast and free WIFI. However, the morning noise was a slight downside for a quiet lie-in.
